Article to Video Converter That Keeps Every Word
For writers and faceless channels who don't want their script changed: paste your article and get a narrated, captioned video with every sentence exactly as written.
Pasted text stays in your browser. Have a link instead? Use URL to video.
What is an article to video converter?
An article to video converter turns written text into a narrated, captioned video. You paste your article, the tool cuts it into scenes at sentence breaks, matches each scene with stock footage, and exports an MP4. This one keeps your exact words: it never rewrites, shortens or "improves" anything.
If you have a public link instead of the text, the URL to video page reads the article for you and does the same thing. Everything else, including editing, voice, captions and export, happens in your browser.
How to convert an article to video
- 1
Paste your article
Paste the full text into the box. Nothing is uploaded; the text stays in your browser.
- 2
Check the scenes
Choose one scene per sentence group, then read each scene. Merge or split scenes and fix any word you want to change.
- 3
Swap footage, pick a voice
Change a keyword or tap Swap until the clip fits. Use the English AI voice, upload your own audio, or use captions only.
- 4
Export
Pick 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1 and export an MP4 with captions burned in.
Why keeping every word matters
Most AI video tools treat your article as raw material: they summarize it, rewrite it, and read back something you did not write. That is fine for a rough social clip. It is a problem when the exact wording is the point.
- Faceless channels that already have a finished script and only need footage and captions.
- Brand and product copy where every claim has been approved and no sentence can change.
- Policy, safety and compliance text where a reworded sentence can change the meaning.
Here is how the alignment works. This is an illustrative example, not a real customer's article:
| Your article | Scene captions |
|---|---|
| Our spring update ships on Tuesday. It adds dark mode and faster exports. Most teams won't need to change any settings. | Scene 1: Our spring update ships on Tuesday. |
| Scene 2: It adds dark mode and faster exports. | |
| Scene 3: Most teams won't need to change any settings. |
Join the scene captions back together and you get the original paragraph, word for word. If you do want to change a word, edit it in the scene yourself. The tool will not do it for you.
Where it helps
News releases and announcements
Turn an approved press release into a captioned video for social feeds without sending it back through a rewriting tool.
Product update notes
Take a changelog or release post and make a short walkthrough video with captions that match the written notes.
Personal essays and newsletters
Give a newsletter issue or essay a second life as a video, using the exact sentences your readers already know.
Training and policy text
Turn short written procedures into narrated videos for new team members. For longer handbooks, use PDF to video.
Good fit and not a fit
A good fit if you
- have the finished text and want it read and captioned as written
- want to choose or swap the footage scene by scene
- need a free export with no watermark and no account
Not a fit if you
- need AI avatars, a cloned voice or AI-generated clips
- want the tool to summarize or rewrite a long article for you
- want to download someone else's video
Limits to know
- Long articles (3,000 words and up) make very long videos. Untick paragraphs you don't need, or split the article into two videos.
- The AI voice reads English only. For other languages, upload your own recording or use captions only.
- Free stock footage won't always match your topic. Check each scene and swap what doesn't fit.
- Only use text you own or have permission to use.

Article to Video FAQ
Can it keep my exact wording?
Yes. That's the main thing this converter does. It splits your article into scenes at sentence breaks and never rewrites, summarizes or adds words. Join the scene texts back together and you get your original article. You can still change a word yourself in any scene.
How long can the article be?
There's no hard limit. A long article makes a long video, and rendering in your browser slows down as the video grows. Past 10 minutes, expect a long wait. Untick paragraphs you don't need, or split a long article into two videos.
Can I change the footage for one scene?
Yes. Each scene shows the keywords used to find its clip. Tap Swap to get the next clip for the same keyword, or type a new keyword to search again. If nothing fits, switch that scene to a text card. Other scenes stay as they are.
Can I use my own voice recording?
Yes. Upload an MP3, WAV or M4A file. The tool spreads it across your scenes based on how much text each one has. You can change any scene's length, and the scenes after it shift so the total stays the same.
